Bingo:Every Saturday night SDHS hosts “Bingo” at Lone Hill Middle School.This is a school wide fundraiser that provides groups from athletics to performing arts an opportunity to fundraise money directly into that groups ASB account.Each group is expected to provide 6 workers/night with the group being given $200 per person towards their account. Bingo is an excellent opportunity to help raise funds for our various choir expenses.The assigned dates are listed below and any parent/guardian who wishes to sign-up for a date should email Mr. Pugh directly in order to reserve a Bingo slot.

1. All volunteers must be at least 18 years old.

a.If a volunteer is a current student they must be 18 and a senior

b.The number of students must be matched with the number of adults

1. The maximum number of students is 3
2. For every volunteer your program provides, the program will earn $100. (6 volunteers = $600)
3. Saints Bingo will match the amount for the number of volunteers.

a.This means your program can earn $1,200 per night

4. Bingo requires a list of the volunteers and contact information by the Wednesday prior to the Saturday night scheduled.
5. It is your responsibility to cover your night and if you cannot we suggest that you reach out to other programs to see if they want to switch.
6. If you do switch with another program, I require that both parties contact me via text or email.
7. All volunteers must be at Lone Hill Middle School MPR by 2:15 (exception to this time is on our marathon dates, which are actually two sessions on one Saturday)
8. We do have extra volunteers show up from time to time and if a scheduled volunteer does not show up by 2:30 they can be replaced by any extra volunteer that may be waiting. (It is important that volunteers have my number as well so that way they can contact me prior if they are running late because of car trouble, traffic, or any unforeseen issue that may arrive. (A students game, tournament, performance etc… will not be accepted as a reasonable excuse)
9. Let volunteers know that they are scheduled from 2:15 until we are finished with cleanup at the end of the night (Approximately 9:00 – 9:15) However, if we are short-staffed or bingo games run late, we could be there as late as 9:30
10. Volunteers will not be allowed to split a shift and if a volunteer leaves before the end of the night your program will not be paid for those service hours. (Emergencies excluded)
11. We do provide dinner for all volunteers
12. Please let volunteers know that they will want to wear comfortable shoes because they will be on their feet walking most of the night.
13. Duties will include, but are not be limited to selling games, and verifying games during the the Bingo session. After the conclusion of the Bingo session all volunteers will help with cleanup which includes taking out trash and helping rack all the chairs.

• Flapjack Breakfast will be 8am-9:30am
• Will be held at 674 W Arrow Hwy, San Dimas
• Students will receive $5 profit for each ticket sold
